Thank you for choosing our products! Please note that all of our items are custom-made to order, tailored specifically to your unique preferences and specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or accept returns under any circumstances.

Why We Have This Policy:

• Custom-Made Products: Each product is carefully crafted according to the specific choices you make during the ordering process. Once your order is placed, production begins immediately, making it impossible to repurpose or resell the item to another customer.

• Quality Assurance: We take pride in the high quality and attention to detail that goes into each of our custom-made products. Before any item leaves our workshop, it undergoes a thorough quality inspection to ensure it meets our exacting standards. This helps us guarantee that you receive a product that is exactly as described and expected.

• Order Confirmation: We encourage all customers to carefully review their order details, including sizes, colors, designs, and other custom options, before finalizing the purchase. Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, changes or cancellations are not possible due to the custom nature of the product.

Exceptions:

In the rare event that an error is made on our part, such as incorrect personalization or a defect in the product, we will gladly work with you to correct the issue. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order at Info@memorystick.ae and we will take appropriate steps to resolve the situation.
